Strive has acquired 3311 BTC

Strive has acquired another 3311 BTC over the past week, increasing its total assets to 32773 BTC, continuing to build up its cryptocurrency reserves.

Strive CEO Matt Cole announced the acquisition on 13 October, alongside updated information about the company's financial performance and the terms of its preferred stock issuance. As a result of the latest purchase, the company's bitcoin holdings increased from 29462 BTC, and warrants worth $208 million were also exercised ahead of the deadline set for the end of Tuesday.

Cole said that approximately 15.3 million warrants remained unused before their expiration at 17:00 Eastern Time on 13 October. He confirmed that Strive had officially incorporated into its governing documents a minimum issuance price of $100 for its SATA preferred shares.

Strive's bitcoin reserves have grown to 32773 BTC

The latest purchase of 3311 BTC represents one of Strive's largest weekly acquisitions since the company began expanding its bitcoin treasury in 2025.

Based on the previously reported 29462 BTC, the acquisition increased the bitcoin balance by approximately 11.2%. In his statement of 13 October, Strive did not disclose the total cost of the purchase or the average acquisition price, so the exact amount spent on the latest transaction remains unconfirmed.

This acquisition was the result of a series of purchases made under the company's bitcoin-focused strategy. It was previously reported that in September, Strive held 25000 BTC after acquiring 469 BTC for approximately $36.6 million.

The company subsequently increased its holdings through further market purchases supported by capital-raising programs. Its previous bitcoin purchase, which brought its holdings to 25000 BTC, was carried out at an average acquisition price of approximately $77954 per coin.

As of 28 September, according to another corporate report, the amount of bitcoin held by the company stood at 27462 BTC. In early October, this position continued to grow, reaching 29462 BTC before the latest recorded purchase.

According to previously published Strive documents, the company uses capital raised through common and preferred shares to finance the accumulation of bitcoin. Its capital management strategy is aimed at increasing the amount of bitcoin attributable to each common share, although issuing new shares may increase the number of shares outstanding.

The latest acquisition followed Strive's merger with Semler Scientific in January 2026, which brought an existing bitcoin treasury into the company.

As a result of the deal, Semler Scientific transferred approximately 5048 BTC, bringing Strive's assets at that time to nearly 12798 BTC. Subsequent purchases increased the company's reported reserves to more than 32000 BTC.
