During the week, the company did not issue any STRF, STRC, STRK or STRD preferred shares through its at-the-market offering programs.
The company's holdings reached 847 666 BTC
Following the latest purchase, Strategy holds 847 666 BTC worth a total of $63.95 billion. The average acquisition cost was $75437 per 1 BTC, including commissions and expenses.
The latest addition followed Strategy's purchase of 950 BTC after a two-week pause in purchases reported the previous week. The company spent $75.7 million on that purchase at an average price of $79670 per 1 BTC, bringing its holdings at the time to 846 000 BTC.
The new average purchase price recorded by Strategy between 21 and 27 September was $85681, which is above the latest market price of bitcoin. According to CoinGecko, at the time of the latest measurement, BTC was trading around $83401, roughly 2.7% below Strategy's average purchase price.
At that market price, Strategy's position of 847 666 BTC would be worth approximately $70.7 billion. The calculation is based on the current market price and therefore differs from the acquisition cost recorded by the company.

Alongside the bitcoin acquisition, Strategy repurchased 1 534 530 shares of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC) for approximately $151.7 million.
The latest transaction is a continuation of the share repurchase program Strategy began in early 2026. According to the filings, as of last week, $723.5 million in authorized funds remained under the digital credit securities repurchase program.
The previous STRC share repurchase of $174 million was carried out by Strategy between 14 and 20 September, when the company spent more on repurchasing preferred shares than on buying bitcoin, which amounted to $75.7 million.
