What is total cryptocurrency market capitalization?

Total cryptocurrency market capitalization is the combined value of the entire cryptocurrency market in US dollars. There are two charts: the standard TOTAL chart, covering the 125 largest cryptocurrencies, and TOTALES, which excludes all stablecoins.

How is the TOTAL chart calculated?

Total market capitalization (chart: TOTAL) is calculated by adding the market capitalizations of its constituents (the 125 largest cryptocurrencies). A cryptocurrency’s market capitalization is its token price multiplied by the number of tokens in circulation.
