Shield Swap Partners with Flowdesk

Shield Swap has announced a partnership with Flowdesk to provide liquidity to institutional and professional traders while preserving the confidentiality of their positions and strategies.

In its statement, Shield Swap says that as part of the partnership, its confidential trading platform is joining forces with Flowdesk, a global liquidity provider as well as a digital asset trading and technology company.

Flowdesk Provides Liquidity

According to the announcement, Flowdesk will support liquidity for assets moving through Shield Swap, giving professional traders access to popular trading pairs without exposing their entire trading activity to public observers.

Flowdesk combines expertise in finance and cryptocurrencies with algorithmic and proprietary trading systems. The announcement describes its network connecting more than 150 centralized and decentralized markets, offering over-the-counter trading and liquidity services to institutional investors, token issuers, and exchanges.

As part of the partnership, Flowdesk manages the liquidity pools, while positions shielded within Shield Swap remain confidential, the companies said.

Shield Swap Ensures the Privacy of Personal Data and Balances

Shield Swap claims that participants can execute trades without revealing their identity, assets, or strategy to the market. Participants' identities are not entered into a public registry, and portfolio balances remain encrypted with each participant's keys.

The protective measures stated on the platform prevent public observers from viewing complete information about a participant's actions. According to the statement, subsequent positions remain confidential once they are shielded within the platform.

The message says that each trade creates an encrypted compliance record that can be verified when access to it is required by law.

Early access is open to institutional and professional investors through the platform's website, Shield.Fi.

Service Availability Depends on Jurisdiction

Shield Swap positions itself as a technology provider, not as a broker, dealer, or registered intermediary. The company does not provide investment, legal, tax, or other advice. Participants trade on their own account and bear responsibility for their decisions and compliance with applicable legislation.

The accompanying legal notice states that "Flowdesk" refers to the entire Flowdesk group of companies and may include affiliated or related organizations.

The composition of the organization providing the service and the list of available services may vary depending on the participant's location, the nature of the service, and local legal and regulatory requirements. Mention of the group does not mean that every Flowdesk entity is authorized to provide all services in all jurisdictions.
